THE (Times Higher Education) has announced the THE World University Rankings 2020.

SKKU has dropped 7 places to 89 ^th  place but still remaining as No.1 comprehensive private university in Korea. SKKU received a slightly lower points in academic environment and research performance in comparison to the previous year.

Seoul National University also dropped to 64 ^th place and other engineering schools such as KAIST and POSTECH has also continued to drop to 110 ^th and 146 ^th  respectively. Korea University rose to 179 ^th place and Yonsei University took 197 ^th place.

The title of world’s top university went to Oxford University.
