¡Ø Application Period to request a Leave of Absence/Return to School for international students

 

¡á Request a Leave of Absence for the 2016 Spring Semester
    - Application Period: Feb 1, 2016(Mon) ~ Mar 11, 2016(Fri)
    - Procedure of application: Please visit the Office of International Affairs and write down the consultation document. Then you have to submit the document to the administrative office of your department.

¡á Return to School for 2016 Spring Semester
  - Application Period: Jan 25, 2016(Mon) ~ Feb 5, 2016(Fri)
  - Procedure of application: Please apply on GLS and then visit the Office of International Affairs to submit the documents of  certificate of admission, copy of ID card and insurance certificate (including F-5 visa)
